Multi-arch images (linux/amd64 and linux/arm64) are pushed automatically on new releases with a simple, predictable scheme:

• latest – the most recent release (with regex support).
• <version> – a specific release, using semantic versioning (e.g. 0.1.0).
• noregex – the most recent release without regex expansion (smaller image).
• <version>-noregex – a specific release without regex expansion (e.g. 0.1.0-noregex).

What is noregex?
The default image includes regex expansion support for Traefik HostRegexp(...) rules.
Regex expansion is done via a Python dependency, which makes the image larger.
If you don't use HostRegexp Traefik rules, you can safely use a noregex version for a slimmer image.
