This image adds NodeJS and iisnode to the Microsoft image aspnet⁠.

⁠Versioning convention

This image uses the version of Windows Server and the version of the .Net Framework used to build it and the currently installed NodeJS version. For example, if the image is tagged 4.7.2-node-10.15.0-win-ltsc2019, then the Windows Server version is ltsc2019 (1809), the .Net framework version is 4.7.2 and the NodeJS version is 10.15.0.
