To test it in ifarm:

1. Build the apptainer image .

apptainer build nps.sif docker://apanta123/npslib:beta

1. git clone nps_replay and now bind raw data and outdir and nps_replay.

Example:

Lets bind raw file directory /cache/hallc/c-nps/raw/ and if your ROOTFILES and other folder that you make symlink to folders are in /work/hallc/nps/cmorean/

To run a command for replay with apptainer:

apptainer exec --bind /work/hallc/nps/panta/ --bind /cache/hallc/c-nps/panta/nps.sif bash -c "hcana -q SCRIPTS/NPS/eel108_replay.C\(345,1000\)"

You may want to bind your nps_replay directory if its not in home space.

Note : No need to do source setup.csh/sh for replay. All the things are already set for hcana to run.
