⁠tokoflow-report

Report-rendering sidecar for the Tokoflow retail SaaS platform. Built on Helidon SE 4 (virtual threads).

⁠What it does

• Standalone service that renders JasperReports (invoices, forms, and list reports) to PDF.
• Isolates AWT/Java2D so that tokoflow-api can ship as a slim GraalVM native-image binary (Jasper/AWT can't go native).

⁠Architecture

Called only by tokoflow-api (delegated rendering), authenticated with a shared report-service secret. Not exposed to end users.

• JVM image (not native — Jasper/AWT dependency) · entrypoint id.tokoflow.report.TokoflowReportMain
• Exposes 8084 (HTTP)

⁠Key environment

• REPORT_SERVICE_JWT_SECRET / JWT_SECRET — verifies requests from tokoflow-api (must match the api's value)
• OTEL_* (OpenTelemetry → OpenObserve)
