artifacts/elasticluster repository overview

An Elasticluster installation (https://elasticluster.readthedocs.org/⁠) with a set command line tools (https://github.com/manuelesimi/elasticluster-config-tools⁠) for a simplified management of a Grid Engine cluster on the Google Compute Engine (https://cloud.google.com/products/compute-engine/⁠). In addition, the following software is installed on each compute node of the cluster:

• Docker
• Nextflow
• Java 8

The Grid Engine queue is also reconfigured to use the bash shell as execution shell.
