HDMI Capture to Plex turns an HDMI capture dongle into a Dockerized TV tuner for Plex, Threadfin,
and other HDHomeRun-compatible consumers.

It runs two services:

• hdmi_capture_http.py captures HDMI input with ffmpeg and serves MPEG-TS over HTTP.
• hdhomerun_bridge.py exposes HDHomeRun-style discovery, lineup, XMLTV, and stream endpoints.

Published images are versioned and refreshed on a weekly schedule.
