Manually built image. By using the golang onbuild image it was very easy to create a DockerFile that could compile the code. This would allow the image build to be automated by DockerHub. Unfortunately that resulted in an image size of 760MB compared to just 11MB for the 2 step build process of compiling and adding only the binary to the docker image. I could have removed a number of directories to make the automated build smaller, but I'm not sure how long this image will remain on dockerhub and it doesn't seem worth the effort.
