GitHub Actions Runner, Node.js 22 LTS, npm, Python 3, pip, AWS CLI v2, Docker CLI + Buildx + Compose, gh CLI, git, curl, jq, make, openssh-client, tar, gzip, xz, unzip, zip, sudo, corepack (pnpm/yarn on demand).

⁠Configuration

*Provide either GITHUB_PAT (recommended) or RUNNER_TOKEN.

• Runs as non-root runner user
• No secrets baked into the image
• Registration tokens are short-lived (1 hour)
• Use with private repos and trusted workflows only
• Docker socket grants full Docker daemon access — only mount if needed
