⁠Cytomine bioformat container

The Cytomine bioformat container (based on cytomine/java7⁠) will be used to convert some image formats.

⁠Included :

• a Bioformat⁠ service

⁠ENV

• BIOFORMAT_PORT : the port to communicate with the bioformat service.

⁠Usage

docker run -p 22 -d --name bioformat -v $IMS_STORAGE_PATH:$IMS_STORAGE_PATH \
-e BIOFORMAT_PORT=$BIOFORMAT_PORT \
