elyra/spark repository overview

This image was built by taking the appropriate release distribution⁠ (e.g., for 2.4.5, take https://ftp.wayne.edu/apache/spark/spark-2.4.5/spark-2.4.5-bin-hadoop2.7.tgz⁠) and running bin/docker-image-tool.sh -r elyra -t v2.4.5 build. It forms the basis for the elyra/kernel-scala⁠ image.
