⁠Docker-Tuleap-installrpms

It installs Tuleap RPMs generated by Docker-Tuleap-buildrpms⁠

This image is meant to be used by CI tools. The homepage of the Tuleap instance will be downloaded and put in /output/index.html. Both images enalean/tuleap-buildsrpms and enalean/tuleap-buildrpms should be run before this one. Volumes from a enalean/tuleap-buildrpms is expected.
