⁠LaTeX-plus docker container

A docker container for building LaTeX documents with additional utilities. This image is based on the image provided by flungo/latex⁠ and has additional packages installed to assist with certain tasks that may be involved in the build process. These additional packages are:

• make⁠
• biber⁠
• poppler-utils⁠
• imagemagick⁠
• librsvg2-bin⁠
