⁠Docker Poppler Image

Poppler and poppler utilities inside a Docker image. To use, prefix your commands with docker run --rm -it flungo/poppler. It may be required that you add a volume in order to be able to access files from your host. Currently this is just designed for use withn continuous integration systems.
