foxxmd/signalbackup-tools repository overview

This is a dockerzied version of bepaald/signalbackup-tools⁠. Docker build originally created by SplatOps⁠ and updated to work with the current signalbackup-tools repo by Daniel Perelman⁠.

All I have done is build Daniel's repo and published here so that is accessible for all users without having to build themselves. This build is currently up-to-date with commit 69b6def⁠
