ibaldin/e2sar-dev repository overview

The image in this repository is a development image for E2SAR. It doesn't contain the code, instead it can check out the appropriate branch and compile it. The developer can then attach their VSCode to the running container and develop/test E2SAR inside the container. More information here⁠.
