This is the sample "SportsStore" application from Adam Freeman's Pro ASP.NET Core MVC (7th edition)⁠. It has been extended to support running in a Docker container, deployed to Azure Kubernetes Service cluster, and provide basic telemetry through Application Insights and Container Insights, updated for ASP.NET Core 5.0⁠.

Note that newer editions of the book build the app with a mixture of MVC, Razor Pages, and Blazor. This version is solely based on MVC.
