Pass either encrypt or decrypt along with the message to fibrot. For instance:
$ fibrot encrypt "Hello World"
$ docker run --rm maccyber/fibrot fibrot encrypt "Hello World"
Hfmnr Bwegl
$ fibrot decrypt "Gppfedm Pmchw Knexc"
$ docker run --rm maccyber/fibrot fibrot decrypt "Gppfedm Pmchw Knexc"
Goodbye Cruel World
