rstudio-ngchm-bioc is a derivative of ngchm/rstudio-ngchm (which derives from rocker/rstudio⁠) that includes preinstalled copies of the Next-Generation Clustered Heat Map (NGCHM) viewer and R library, Bioconductor, and TCGAbiolinks. It is primarily an easy way for prospective users of the NGCHM/R environment to test the software easily. You can also download and install the software into your own RStudio environment.
