⁠rstudio-ngchm-sc

rstudio-ngchm-sc is a derivative of rstudio-ngchm (which derives from rocker/rstudio⁠) that includes preinstalled copies of the Next-Generation Clustered Heat Map (NGCHM) viewer and R library, Bioconductor, TCGAbiolinks, and single-cell related packages Seurat and singleCellTK. It is primarily an easy way for prospective users of the NGCHM/R environment to test the software easily. You can also download and install the software into your own RStudio environment.
