⁠Custom Elasticsearch image to use with Kubernetes

This is a custom Elasticserach build derived from the official Elasticsearch image. The only difference is that it expose some default environment variables that may be used by configuration files. See k8s folder to see a sample.

This work is inspired by https://github.com/pires/docker-elasticsearch-kubernetes⁠, the difference is that it doesn't include the elasticsearch.yml config file that is rather supposed to be mounted by a k8s config map.
