v0.2: configure sucessfully in hiptensorflow. v0.3: contains built hiptensorflow v0.3-hcc3.5: rebuilt all hipLibs, including hcblas, hcfft and hcrng, using clang3.5 (rocm1.4); found issue to build those lib with the tip of clang_tot_upgrade branch(b25dca17d5372781db6b99c34c04724d8ff86cbc)

v4.0: Updated the hcc compiler. I left the hip and hipeigen source trees as is from 0.3. I rebuilt hip with the new compiler and ran the hipeigen "make check" to verify.
