A container for building and developing the Spectral Einstein Code, SpEC. To use:

1. Pull the docker image using the pull command on DockerHub
2. Start the Docker container using docker run -ti --name spec -v /path/to/spec/repo:/home/specuser/spec sxscollaboration/specbuildenv
