Deploy a packaged dev sandbox of TideCloak, ready for testing out of the box.

1. Deploy: docker run --rm -p 8080:8080 -e KEYCLOAK_ADMIN=admin -e KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_PASSWORD=password tideorg/tidecloak-dev:latest
2. Log in with admin/password (http://localhost:8080⁠)
3. Active license (http://localhost:8080/admin/master/console/#/myrealm/identity-providers/tide/tide/licenses⁠)
