⁠Basic Arch Linux Docker image

This image only contains the most basic tools, essentially just enough to get pacman working.

Documentation, manuals and some files needed for compiling are stripped out, so if you need any of that, you'll need to run pacman -S base or pacman -S base-devel, depending on your needs.
