wirthual/rpi-webiopi repository overview

WebIOPi is running on Port 8000.

Be sure to start the docker deamon with

docker -d&

Then enable ip forwarding with:

sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_forward=1

For running webiopi in docker type:

docker run -d -p 8000:8000 --privileged wirthual/rpi-webiopi webiopi

The --privileged is necessary to access the GPIOs. Now you should see this site on the IP Adress of your Raspberry on port 8000:

If you want to modify things in the container run:

docker run -t -i -p 8000:8000 --privileged wirthual/rpi-webiopi /bin/bash

And to start webiopi now, just type webiopi for the command line:

root@dd050dcd2ce7:/# webiopi

For debug mode run:

root@dd050dcd2ce7:/# webiopi -d

Now you should see the same page as above on the IP of the Raspberry on port 8000.

Have fun modifing it. Unfortunately i do not know how to start webiopi in autostart. If someone figures out, let me know :)
